We bought and sold the same home with him and due to his advice of when/where to buy and what to update, we sold our house for 21% more than we bought it for and had 12 offers after being on the market for 3 days.
The entire Landy Frost Group is amazing; the communication and thoroughness is unparalleled. But this review will focus mostly on Mike Frost as he was our agent prior to their group coming together and has always been our main point of contact.
Mike was referred to us by another agent who was out of town when we first wanted to see a home. At the time, we lived across the country and each time there was a house we were strongly interested in, Mike would drive there and FaceTime us through the house, so we could decide if it was worth flying out for. And we were not looking at expensive houses, that is just the type of agent he is, willing to go way out of his way for any client.
In the two years between buying that first house and selling it, I probably called Mike 30+ times asking advice on everything, and every time he took the time to gave great advice. Since selling that house and moving out of state, Mike still makes times for calls and to help give me advice for purchasing a home he is not part of.
