After exhausting all of our options, we were in a bit of a rush as we needed to move ASAP. We met Kimberly and told her exactly what we were looking for and in what area, and she sent us over options quick. She was able to get us approved and moved into our new home within a few days. She was very genuine, attentive, and quick. We never felt pushed, rushed, or needed to remind her or follow up; she was on it! She knew our urgent timeline and did not take it lightly, she got it done. We rented our home sight unseen and she finally met us when we arrived, with a beautiful card and welcome gift, and reminded us that if we ever need anything home or non-home related, she’s always here for us. We’ve been in our home now for a few days, and she still made a point to check in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything post move in.
