A little bit about me...
Tim Landy is an Austin REALTOR® and co-founder of Landy Frost Group at Compass. Licensed in Texas since 2013, he has been part of hundreds of home sales across Austin and the Hill Country. He built the team around one standard: every client should feel looked after from the first call to the closing table. That means someone always picks up the phone, explains things plainly, and handles the small details so clients don’t have to.
Tim leads Landy Frost Group with Mike “Frosty” Frost and Kallie Moulton. Before joining Compass, Tim and Frosty were partners at Twelve Rivers Realty, a local brokerage of about 90 agents. Today they run a $100M+ team the way a great host runs a dinner: everyone has a role, nobody gets forgotten, and clients leave feeling taken care of.
Tim graduated with honors from Saint Louis University, where he played four years of Division I baseball, and spent his early career in the beverage industry as a district sales manager. In real estate, he has deep experience with infill development, both representing developers and running his own projects. That gives him a working knowledge of construction and design when clients are weighing a renovation, reading an inspection report, or picturing what a house could become.
RealTrends ranked Landy Frost Group the #1 medium team in Austin in 2025. Tim is a Platinum Top 50 Centurion, a Platinum Top 50 Advisory Board member, and a six-time Austin Business Journal award winner, and Austin Real Producers named him one of the top 3% of agents in Central Texas. He’s quick to say those honors belong to his clients and his team as much as to him.
Giving back is part of how the team works. Frosty Gives Back, the team’s charity auction each December, is one of Tim’s favorite nights of the year. Now in its 10th year, it benefits LifeWorks, which serves young people experiencing homelessness in Austin. Tim served on the Austin St. Jude board, and in 2026 the team launched the LFG Invitational golf tournament at Falconhead, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Tim was also a nominee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year campaign, helping raise more than $150,000 for the organization.
Outside of work, family comes first. Tim loves to travel, stays active with fitness and golf, and spends some of his best afternoons coaching his son’s youth baseball team.
