With a Master’s degree in Architecture and a passion for real estate, Bianca brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to helping clients find the right home. Her background enables her to view properties through both a design and practical lens, seeing not only what a space is today, but also what it has the potential to become. This balance of creativity and technical understanding helps her clients make informed, confident decisions.
Bianca is known for going above and beyond for the people she works with. She takes the time to understand what truly matters to her clients, their goals, routines, and what “home” really means to them. She values honesty, communication, and trust, and approaches every transaction with care and attention to detail. Bianca’s focus is on creating a smooth, personalized experience that leaves clients feeling supported every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, she trains professionally for the 400m hurdles with an Olympic training group in Austin. The discipline, focus, and resilience she’s developed as an athlete directly influence how she shows up for her clients: steady under pressure, goal-oriented, and always willing to put in the extra effort to deliver results.
