In 2008, Urvi moved to the U.S. and attended Tufts University in Boston, earning a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. While she loved working as an O.T. and helping children, she craved more flexibility in her career. Her early exposure to real estate, combined with her own experiences investing in properties, ultimately led her to pursue real estate full-time. Urvi earned her real estate license in 2012, and her commitment to excellence has resulted in an impressive 90% repeat and referral rate. Her strengths lie in building lasting relationships, guiding clients through every step of buying a home or investment property, and serving as a trusted advisor. Many of her clients have become close friends, and she finds deep fulfillment in helping people make sound investments and find their forever homes. Specializing in relocation buyers, luxury real estate, and new developments in the Austin area, Urvi stays ahead of the curve by incorporating modern technology and AI into her marketing strategies. Outside of real estate, Urvi enjoys quality time with her husband, Jay, their 9 year-old son, Kian, and their two beloved dogs, Sparky and Cookie.
